Project Description
High-grade residential apartment complex located in Seoul, Korea.
Designed and constructed as a stand-alone housing concept like luxury villas in Cheongdam-dong. It has 9 buildings and 335 houses ranging from 249 to 334 square meters. Each house will be equipped with its own private elevator and yard.
KNX control of the following systems have been integrated into the project: lighting, air conditioning, boiler and visualization through a local touch interface. Different custom-designed gateways have been used for the project, integrating Kyundong boiler systems, air conditioning with LG units and Hyundai touch interface.
