The mission of the company is the design, development and manufacture of intelligent products and solutions for the control and automation of facilities in the residential and tertiary sector, providing value in the management of resources and optimization of consumption.
Its vision is to be a benchmark in the home automation sector at the national level, strengthening our presence in international markets through the enhancement of cloud services that improve connectivity and working for our customers to improve their sustainability, optimizing the consumption of resources. All with a team of highly qualified people.
For this reason, we direct our actions to:
- Constantly monitor and at all times that we respond to the demands and expectations of customers and other interested parties, achieving full satisfaction of the same by strict compliance with the contracted requirements.
- Consider continuous improvement a permanent objective, with which we commit ourselves to increase the efficiency of our management system and increase the perceived quality of our clients and other interested parties.
- Encourage a participatory environment among employees, integrating into the common goal and improving communications that facilitate teamwork, individual recognition and suggestions for improvement.
- Consider the execution of order deadlines, punctuality and maintain trust between our customers and suppliers as key points in the day-to-day management of the Company.

All the points previously related allow us to set more specific Management Objectives that will be reviewed periodically to observe compliance and find solutions to deviations in their achievement, which may occur.
This Management Policy is communicated to all employees of the company, since it is publicly displayed in the facilities of the same.
Annually and coinciding with the Review by Management, this Policy is reviewed to see if it is necessary to add or modify any point for a change in the way the Company acts, thus allowing it to be at all times suitable for the operation of Ingenium.
