Project Description
Located on the seafront of Playa de Palma, Mallorca (Spain).
Hotel Negresco has modern facilities, and offers the best services to enjoy a very pleasant beach vacation. Newly renovated in 2015, Hotel Negresco’s 105 rooms have either a balcony or terrace with front or lateral seaviews.
Every room has Ingenium’s devices: a vertical touch screen with web server to control lighting and clima. This peculiar installation does not need card holder inside the room, it detects presence through a Ingenium’s hidden movement detector, switching off clima when no one is in the room. It also has a door/window magnetic detector to deactivate clima when windows or door are opened.
This solution is totally aimed to energy saving.
